Party Bus, Charter Bus & Sprinter Rentals in Fishers
The right Fishers bus rental depends on your headcount and your plan. Sprinter vans and 14-passenger Sprinter limos work for small corporate runs and VIP pickups. Party buses (15–50 passengers) bring onboard entertainment to the ride itself.
Minibuses handle everything in between, and full-size 40–56 passenger charter buses take care of the large-scale moves — school trips, conventions, stadium runs down I-69 to Indy.

Fishers Party Bus Rental Prices
Fishers party bus rental prices run $170–$344/hour for a 14-passenger Sprinter limo; $204–$378/hour for a 15–20 passenger party bus; $244–$414/hour for a 20–30 passenger party bus; $294–$490/hour for a 35–50 passenger party bus or minibus; and $150–$300/hour (or $1,200–$2,500/day) for a 40–56 passenger charter bus. Exact pricing depends on vehicle type, your date, and total mileage — but the quote you see online is the price you pay, all-inclusive.
Peak demand in the Fishers and greater Indianapolis corridor hits hard during IMS events in May, Pacers playoff runs, and prom season (late April through May). Booking even a few weeks out during those stretches routinely means higher rates or no availability at your preferred size. Lock your date down as soon as headcount is confirmed.

Easy Party Bus Rentals in Fishers
The Fishers metro has grown into one of Indiana's most event-dense suburbs — Tech District conferences, Hamilton Town Center outings, White River Park runs, and a steady stream of people heading downtown to Gainbridge Fieldhouse or south on I-69 to Lucas Oil. The problem with all of that activity is coordination. One group ends up in three rideshares, someone's car gets blocked in a lot off Allisonville Road, and the post-event reunion takes longer than the event itself.
Party Bus Fort Wayne takes care of all of that. One vehicle handles the whole group — pickup from your Fishers address, drop-off at the destination, and a return pickup when the night wraps. Our pricing is all-inclusive, shown in under 30 seconds online, with no add-ons waiting on your invoice.
We've been doing this since 2011, which means we know where the approach roads back up around Ruoff Music Center on a Friday night and how to time a charter bus pickup at Indianapolis International Airport without your group standing curbside for 20 minutes. Our 24/7/365 reservation team is always a call away to answer logistics questions before and on the day of your trip. You just confirm the pickup window and focus on the occasion.

Our Fishers Party Bus Services
Party Bus Fort Wayne coordinates group transportation for every occasion across Fishers, Indianapolis, and the surrounding region. From airport transfers and concert shuttles to wedding guest shuttles and school field trips — whatever brings your group together in Fishers, we have a vehicle and a plan ready. Call 260-888-2555 to get started!

Fishers Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Indianapolis International Airport (IND) (7800 Col. H. Weir Cook Memorial Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46241) sits roughly 35 miles southwest of Fishers via I-465 — a manageable drive in light traffic that turns into a genuine problem on a Friday afternoon when I-465 backs up near the US-31 interchange. Coordinating rideshares for a group landing on multiple flights means staggered pickups, multiple fare surges, and luggage split across four separate vehicles.
A Fishers airport shuttle bus keeps the entire group together, with undercarriage bays for all the bags and a single pickup point rather than a scattered curb hunt.
Commercial charter bus pickup at IND uses the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) on the lower level of the terminal — your group collects luggage, assembles at the GTC, and contacts our team to confirm the bus moves to the commercial zone. For cruise groups or convention arrivals passing through Indy before heading north, this is the cleanest handoff. We also handle Fort Wayne International Airport (FWA) runs for groups flying into the region directly.
Call 260-888-2555 to book your Fishers airport transportation!

Fishers Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Fishers feeds the Indianapolis bar and nightlife scene constantly — Mass Ave and Broad Ripple are both under 30 minutes south via I-69, and the Bottleworks District on College Avenue has added a whole new corridor of bars, restaurants, and entertainment. The problem with a bachelorette party spread across those neighborhoods is the logistics: rideshares between stops cost real money by the third bar, the group always splits, and no one wants to be the designated driver when everyone else is celebrating.
A Fishers bachelorette party bus rental solves it cleanly. Start with drinks at a Fishers restaurant, roll south to Mass Ave for dinner, hit the Bottleworks District, and end the night wherever the group wants — the bus waits at each stop and picks everyone up when they're ready to move. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full-length onboard bar, color-changing LED lighting, and a sound system that runs your playlist the whole night.
There is no drawing lots for who stays sober. Call 260-888-2555 to plan your Fishers bachelorette night!

Fishers Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable entrances your guest of honor can make — especially for Sweet 16s and quinceañeras in a community where celebrations run big. Fishers venues like The Loft at Jacks and several Hamilton County banquet halls host these milestone events regularly, and a coordinated pickup adds a moment the whole group will talk about.
Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses are fully customizable for the occasion — coordinate a color scheme, pre-load the playlist, and let the LED lighting set the mood from pickup to the venue doors. For adult milestone birthdays heading south on I-69 for a downtown Indianapolis dinner or a night out in Broad Ripple, a Fishers birthday party bus rental keeps the whole crew together without anyone pulling carpool duty. We match the vehicle size to your actual headcount so you are not paying for empty seats.
Call 260-888-2555 any time to plan the celebration!

Fishers Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Ruoff Music Center (12880 E 146th St, Noblesville, IN 46060) sits just north of Fishers and draws some of the biggest stadium-level touring acts in the country each summer. The venue holds over 24,000 guests, and SR-37 northbound turns into a slow crawl hours before showtime. Parking is tiered, pre-sold, and sells out fast for headliner nights — and after the show, the lot exit queues on SR-37 and Hague Road can stretch well beyond 45 minutes.
A Fishers concert party bus rental takes the full approach-road stress off the table. Your group boards together, rides together, and gets dropped at the venue entrance — then the bus is waiting and ready when the encore ends. For concert groups wanting to keep the energy going between pregame drinks and first song, a party bus with LED lighting, an onboard bar, and Bluetooth sound makes the ride itself part of the night.
For amphitheater shows and sold-out dates, book at least three to four weeks out — Ruoff summer weekends fill the available fleet fast. Call 260-888-2555!

Fishers Corporate Event Transportation
Fishers has built one of Indiana's most active corporate corridors along I-69 and SR-37 — companies like Salesforce, KAR Global, and a dense cluster of tech and healthcare firms are headquartered or operating here. That means regular shuttle needs: employees moving between Fishers campuses and downtown Indianapolis offices, conference groups shuttling to the Indiana Convention Center (100 S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225), and executive transfers between Fishers and Indianapolis International Airport.
A Fishers corporate bus rental puts the commute and conference logistics on autopilot. WiFi and power outlets on full-size charter buses mean the 35-minute drive down I-69 becomes billable time instead of bumper-to-bumper stress. For multi-day conferences, we coordinate staggered shuttle runs between Fishers hotels and the convention center — one point of contact, one invoice, no coordination chaos.
Minibuses handle smaller executive groups with reclining leather seating and climate control. Call 260-888-2555 to discuss corporate shuttle contracts and group rates!

Fishers Private Event Transportation Services
Hamilton County's event calendar is one of the most active in Indiana — Conner Prairie's Headless Horseman event draws huge fall crowds along Allisonville Road, the Fishers Farmers Market draws thousands to downtown Fishers on Saturdays through the summer, and the Fourth of July fireworks at Ritchey Woods area park turn every road into a slow exit.
For family reunions, church retreats, or multi-stop group outings, a Fishers private event charter bus rental keeps everyone on the same schedule without the carpool coordination headache. A charter bus to Conner Prairie (13400 Allisonville Rd, Fishers, IN 46038) handles the Allisonville Road traffic in one vehicle instead of a dozen — your group arrives together, leaves together, and skips the post-event parking lot scramble. For large private events where the guest count and multi-venue itinerary make individual cars impractical, one call builds the whole plan.
Call 260-888-2555!

Fishers Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Fishers High School, Hamilton Southeastern High School, and the other Hamilton County schools run their proms in a tight window each spring — almost always late April through mid-May. That same window is peak party bus demand across the entire Indianapolis metro, and the right-size vehicles go first. Book prom transportation by January to lock in your vehicle and your rate.
Waiting until March or April means premium pricing or a call that ends with "we're sold out for that date."
A typical Fishers prom run — school pickup, a photo-stop at Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve or Flat Fork Creek Park, venue drop at a Hamilton County hotel ballroom, and an after-party return — covers five to six hours. That rental booked in December looks very different in price and availability than one booked three weeks out. Parents appreciate having one safe, coordinated vehicle handling the night; students get the experience.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available with advance notice. Call 260-888-2555 to secure your date!

Fishers School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Hamilton Southeastern Schools and Fishers' charter and private schools run a steady calendar of field trips to Indianapolis science museums, state parks, and Indianapolis-area venues — and juggling parent carpools and permission slips for 80 students is a coordination headache that a charter bus removes entirely. One vehicle, one departure window, one drop-off, one return. Teachers get to focus on the educational experience instead of the logistics.
The Children's Museum of Indianapolis (3000 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46208) — the largest children's museum in the world — is one of the most common Fishers school field trip destinations, roughly 30 minutes south on I-69. Charter bus drop-off uses the 30th Street main entrance with designated group arrival lanes. Full-size charter buses in our fleet come with overhead storage for lunches and bags, PA systems, TV monitors for the ride, and onboard restrooms for longer trips — no roadside pit stops.
ADA-accessible vehicles are always available; flag the need when you call. 260-888-2555.

Fishers Sporting Event Transportation
Fishers sits 30 minutes north of Gainbridge Fieldhouse (125 S Pennsylvania St, Indianapolis, IN 46204) via I-69, and about 35 minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium (500 S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202) — close enough that Fishers groups are regulars at Pacers games, Colts games, and Indy Eleven matches. The issue is the I-69 to I-465 merge and downtown Indianapolis parking, which is expensive, scarce on game nights, and slow to exit after the final buzzer.
A Fishers sporting event party bus rental handles the whole trip — pickup at a central Fishers spot, door-to-door drop near the venue entrance, and a return pickup after the game. For Colts games at Lucas Oil, official charter bus drop-off is on South Capitol Avenue near the north entry gates. Pacers games at Gainbridge Fieldhouse use designated curbside drop-off on Maryland Street.
Either way, your group walks in steps from the gate while everyone else is circling the Pan Am Plaza garage. Call 260-888-2555 to lock in your game-day ride!

Fishers Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Hamilton County is one of Indiana's premier wedding corridors — venues like Ritz Charles (12156 N Meridian St, Carmel, IN 46032), Coxhall Gardens in Carmel, and the newly expanded event spaces in downtown Fishers fill up months ahead for spring and fall Saturday dates. Guests flying in through Indianapolis International, staying in Fishers hotel blocks, and attending a ceremony venue in Carmel or Noblesville need a shuttle that runs on the wedding timeline — not on a rideshare app.
A Fishers wedding shuttle keeps the entire guest list coordinated: pickup from hotel blocks on SR-37 or Allisonville Road, ceremony venue drop-off, and a return loop after the reception that gets everyone back safely. Nobody in your bridal party is navigating unfamiliar Hamilton County roads in formal wear after 10 PM. The 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a natural fit for bridal party runs on the wedding day itself.
Because we've been coordinating this kind of logistics since 2011, your timeline stays tight from first pickup to final drop-off. Call 260-888-2555 for a free wedding transportation quote!

Fishers Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Indiana wine trail stretches within easy reach of Fishers, and Hamilton County itself has a growing food-and-drink scene worth a dedicated tour. Chateau Thomas Winery (6291 Cambridge Way, Plainfield, IN 46168) is one of Indiana's most recognized wineries, about 45 minutes southwest. Closer in, the Bottleworks District (850 Massachusetts Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46204) brings a craft brewery, cocktail bars, and restaurant dining under one roof — a natural pub crawl anchor.
Add stops at Sun King Brewery (135 N College Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202) and Triton Brewing Company (5764 Wheeler Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46216), and you have a full-day Fishers winery and brewery tour that covers serious ground. A Fishers party bus rental keeps every person in the group together at each stop — no one drives, no one navigates, no one leaves early because they're the designated driver. The bus waits at each tasting room and moves on your schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Fishers Party Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Fishers?
Fishers party bus rental prices depend on vehicle size, your date, and total mileage. As a general guide: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. You'll see the all-inclusive price in under 30 seconds online — no hidden costs.
Call 260-888-2555 for a personalized quote based on your specific itinerary and headcount.
How far is Fishers from Indianapolis venues?
Gainbridge Fieldhouse (Pacers) is about 30 minutes south via I-69; Lucas Oil Stadium (Colts) is roughly 35 minutes; the Indiana Convention Center is 35–40 minutes depending on downtown traffic; Ruoff Music Center is about 15 minutes north toward Noblesville. Indianapolis International Airport sits 35 miles southwest via I-465 — usually 40–50 minutes in typical traffic, significantly longer on Friday afternoons. A charter bus handles all of those runs without splitting the group across multiple vehicles.
Can a charter bus get my group to Ruoff Music Center for a concert?
Yes — and it's one of the smartest moves for large groups. SR-37 northbound approaching the Ruoff Music Center campus backs up well before showtime on major concert nights. Charter bus drop-off puts your group at the venue entrance while everyone else idles in the lot queue.
Post-show, the bus is waiting when your group exits — no waiting for surge-priced rideshares or sitting in the SR-37 exit crawl in your own car. Book at least three to four weeks out for summer headliner shows; weekend dates in July and August sell the available fleet quickly.
Can a party bus handle a multi-stop itinerary across Fishers and Indianapolis?
That's exactly what party buses and minibuses in our fleet are built for. Tell us the stops — a Fishers restaurant, a downtown Indianapolis bar, a late-night venue in Broad Ripple or the Bottleworks District — and we coordinate the full route. The vehicle is booked as a block of hours, so it moves on your schedule.
Multi-stop bachelorette nights, birthday crawls, and graduation outings that cross county lines are some of our most common Fishers requests. Call 260-888-2555 and give us the itinerary.
Is there charter bus parking at Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium?
At Gainbridge Fieldhouse, charter buses use designated curbside drop-off on Maryland Street on the east side of the arena. Lucas Oil Stadium's charter bus drop-off is along South Capitol Avenue near the north entry gates, with pre-purchased parking passes required for stadium-adjacent lots. Neither venue sells day-of commercial vehicle parking on site, so the permit — if you need the bus to wait nearby — needs to be arranged in advance.
We handle that detail for your specific event when you book with us.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Fishers events outside peak seasons, two to four weeks of lead time is workable — but the earlier you call, the better your vehicle options and rate. Book prom transportation by January — Hamilton County school proms stack in a six-week window each spring, and the right-size vehicles go first. IMS Month of May events (Indianapolis 500 and Grand Prix) and major summer Ruoff Music Center concerts require four to eight weeks minimum.
Wedding transportation for spring and fall Saturdays in Hamilton County should be locked in three to six months out. Call 260-888-2555 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Fishers Party Bus Destinations
A Fishers party bus itinerary can stretch from Hamilton County's parks and event venues to the heart of Indianapolis — all within easy reach. Here are six destinations your group will want on the list, with the logistics you need to actually get there smoothly.

Conner Prairie
Conner Prairie (13400 Allisonville Rd, Fishers, IN 46038) is Indiana's most visited outdoor history museum — a 1,000-acre living history campus on the White River with costumed interpreters, seasonal events, and programming that runs year-round. The Headless Horseman experience each October draws massive fall crowds along Allisonville Road, making that stretch one of Hamilton County's most congested corridors on event nights. Charter bus drop-off uses the main entrance off Allisonville Road, with designated group arrival for school and large-group visits.
Admission runs $16–$21 for adults; group rates available with advance booking. We recommend reviewing the official Conner Prairie visit page before your trip. Phone: (317) 776-6000

Gainbridge Fieldhouse
Gainbridge Fieldhouse (125 S Pennsylvania St, Indianapolis, IN 46204) is home to the Indiana Pacers and one of the busiest concert and event venues in the Midwest — hosting everything from NBA games to major touring acts and the Big Ten Tournament. The fieldhouse seats up to 20,000 and sits in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, where parking in the Pan Am Plaza and Circle Centre garages runs $20–$35 on event nights and fills fast. Charter bus curbside drop-off is on Maryland Street on the east side of the building, steps from the main entry gates.
Post-event, rideshare pickup queues back up significantly on game nights — having the bus waiting is the cleaner exit. Phone: (317) 917-2500

Ruoff Music Center
Ruoff Music Center (12880 E 146th St, Noblesville, IN 46060) holds over 24,000 guests across its covered pavilion and lawn, making it the largest outdoor music venue in Indiana. The summer concert calendar runs from June through September with major touring names filling nearly every weekend. SR-37 approaching the venue northbound backs up two to three miles on sellout nights, and lot parking requires pre-purchased passes for most premium sections.
Charter bus drop-off is at the main entry circle off Hague Road. Post-show, the SR-37 exit takes 45–60 minutes for cars — having the bus waiting is the clear answer. We recommend checking the official Ruoff events calendar for current lot and entry details.
Phone: (317) 776-8181

The Children's Museum of Indianapolis
The Children's Museum of Indianapolis (3000 N Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46208) is the largest children's museum in the world — five floors, 13 permanent galleries, and more than 120,000 artifacts across science, history, arts, and culture. It draws around 1.2 million visitors annually and is the top school field trip destination from Fishers and Hamilton County. Group and school visits use a designated group entrance off Illinois Street; buses typically drop along the 30th Street approach.
Admission for groups of 20 or more gets a reduced rate; reserve programs and group entry at least two weeks ahead. The museum is open Tuesday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Group visit details here.
Phone: (317) 334-3322

Lucas Oil Stadium
Lucas Oil Stadium (500 S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202) is home to the Indianapolis Colts and one of the most versatile event venues in the country — NFL games, Big Ten Championship, NCAA Final Four, and major concerts all run through its calendar. Capacity tops 70,000 for football, and downtown parking on game days is pre-purchased and expensive, with surface lots along Capitol Avenue running $30–$50 and filling hours before kickoff. Charter bus drop-off is along South Capitol Avenue at the north entry gates.
All on-site parking requires advance purchase — no day-of vehicle passes sold at the gate. We recommend checking the official Lucas Oil parking page before your event. Phone: (317) 262-3389

Hamilton Town Center
Hamilton Town Center (13901 Town Center Blvd, Noblesville, IN 46060) is Hamilton County's largest open-air retail and entertainment destination — more than 100 stores, restaurants, a movie theater, and an outdoor event plaza that hosts seasonal festivals, car shows, and community events throughout the year. Holiday season weekends pack the parking structures off Town Center Boulevard, and the SR-37 approach to the center slows significantly on major retail days. For company outings, group holiday shopping trips, or a pre-concert dinner stop before heading to Ruoff Music Center just up the road, a charter bus drops your group at the main retail entrance and waits until the group is ready.
It makes a great two-stop combo: dinner and shopping at Hamilton Town Center, then the short ride north to Ruoff. Phone: (317) 774-8282
